 Ray Chui, PhD, DSP is the Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in cardiovascular physiology and safety pharmacology. He holds a PhD in Molecular, Cell, and Integrative Physiology from UCLA and is a Diplomate in Safety Pharmacology.  Ray has authored over 20 publications in the field and is an active member of SPS. He provides expert consultation and analysis for safety pharmacology and toxicology studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. 

 Joel Baublits, MS is the Chief Operating Officer with over 12 years of experience in CRO and pharma/biotech industries, specializing in GLP ECG/hemodynamic analysis and statistical analysis. He holds degrees in Biology and Biostatistics from Kansas State University and is a member of SPS and ACT. Joel has played a key role in the implementation of ICH S7B/E14 best practice recommendations, ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific integrity in drug safety studies.
